We arrived at the Stadtwirtschaft in September 2024, 9 months after our move. We are currently still building our premises and basic infrastructure and are therefore unable to offer an open workshop. Visit our homepage regularly to find out the latest news from us. You still want to visit us? You're welcome! There is a public tour on the first Wednesday of every month. Advent im Perm

Advent, Advent - Advent im Permian, that's the name of the term! That's the title of the next hands-on activity at Tietz. As part of the Capital of Culture program for the Maker Advent, we will be there again for young and old, together with Sebastian Nikolitsch and the Museum of Natural History Chemnitz.

Nature meets technology - autumn crafts at the Stadtwirtschaft // 02.11.2024

Natur trifft Technik

As part of the Flagship Program - “Maker, Business and Arts”, the Stadtfabrikanten have launched the “Nature meets Technology” project together with the Natural History Museum and other actors from the district. The @fablab will be transformed into an autumn workshop on November 2, 2024 from 2 to 6 p.m., where you can immerse yourself in a unique combination of creative craftsmanship and technology. From working with natural materials to 3D printing pens and home-made candles, everything is included.
