Seminar "Come to stay" // 24.+25.10.2026

By Mario Voigt , 7 August 2026

We want you (again) to come! This is the wish of the open workshops. And at structural level, there are many approaches to making the entry threshold as low as possible. This training module opens up social and communicative approaches. How can workshop operators and co-makers welcome other people so that they want to come back? How does team leadership look so that we all feel seen and introduced? Communication, feedback, and management culture in open workshops, as well as fundamental building blocks of emerging organisational development at eye level are addressed and reflected.
