Build your own word clock // Workshop 28.02.2026

By Mario Voigt, 11 January, 2026

Build your own word clock at FabLab and get an introduction to electronics, programming, and various interdisciplinary areas. We solder, screw, measure, test, and plug in. At the end, you'll have a stylish, homemade clock in your hands that is guaranteed to impress you (and your friends).

Nick from Sternenlabor e.V. Plauen will show you how it works. You can also explore our open workshop, meet interesting people, and pick up new ideas and inspiration. Building a word clock is suitable for most age groups (children > 12) and offers individual starting points for delving deeper into various topics.
